What we do, in plain English.

Two main offerings — abrasive blasting to get a surface down to bare substrate, and protective coatings so it stays that way. On-site where we can, drop-off at the shop when it makes sense.

005 / How It Works

From first call to finished coat.

No surprises. Here's the order of operations on a typical Blue Collar job.

1

Reach Out

Call, text, or drop a note with the project, a photo, and where it lives. Free estimate, no obligation.

2

Plan the Blast

We match the abrasive and setup to the substrate — soft media for wood and masonry, aggressive grit for heavy rust.

3

Strip It Clean

On your site or at our shop in Pine Bush. Clean, even prep down to sound substrate so the coating bonds right.

4

Coat & Protect

Primer, DTM paint, epoxy or client-chosen system so the piece doesn't flash rust. Ready for service.

006 / FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

Do you come to the job site, or do I drop it off?

Both. We're a mobile operation — for fleet trucks, heavy equipment, log homes, pools, brick and things that don't move easily, we come to you. Smaller parts, classic auto pieces, patio furniture and the like can be dropped at the shop in Pine Bush.

What surfaces can you sandblast?

Metal, wood, concrete, brick, stone and granite. Everything from classic automotive bodies and log home exteriors to heavy equipment, pool interiors, and graffiti-tagged masonry. If you're not sure, send us a photo.

Do I need a coating after blasting?

Yes, on bare metal — otherwise it flash rusts quick, especially outdoors. We offer primers, direct-to-metal paint, epoxy and more depending on where the piece will live and what it'll take.

How quickly can you turn a job around?

Quick turnaround is a big part of what we do. Actual timing depends on size and scope — call or email with the specifics and we'll give you a straight answer.

How big a job do you take?

Anything from a single classic car frame to a full fleet-side repaint prep. Residential wood restoration, industrial, marine, commercial graffiti — if it can be blasted, give us a ring.

Are estimates free?

Yes, always. Reach out for a free estimate on your project.
